Fill cabaler dels masovers de Can Mas de Castellgalí, en Jaume Rovira va marxar a viure i treballar a Manresa el 1963, però guarda un bon grapat de records i anècdotes de joventut sobre el treball de la vinya.
Els dies 24 i 25 de gener tindran lloc a la Casa Lluvià de Manresa les VIII Jornades de patrimoni del Centre d’Estudis del Bages, dedicades a la recuperació de la memòria popular de la vinya i el vi.
Un dels pocs testimonis de la vinya a Manresa. A inicis del segle XX els voltants de la ciutat encara estaven tapissats de ceps, i el nucli urbà reunia una important indústria associada al vi: boters, vinaders, licoristes... Aquests dies en recollirem el testimoni
Les diverses vistes generals de Navarcles al llarg del segle XX il·lustren la gran davallada de la vinya al poble. Aquesta setmana coneixerem a persones de Navarcles i Talamanca i els preguntarem com van viure aquest retrocés.
